A little bit of rain never hurt anyone

Myself & Rachel (Green) met at the Top Garage at 11.30am and did just under 50k. Were out for about 2hrs and surprisingly did not have any rain at all. It started to rain just as I got back into our estate.

Did the Portlaw route (with 1 picnic stop at the lake) so Church hill nearly killed us (as we both have not done much cycling lately) but really enjoyed it. It's great to be back in the saddle! I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow but it will be worth it!

I don't see much of a gap in the weather so I think I'll put on the runners and take my chances on the bike in the morning.

Well lads ye might regret the late start yet. It looks as if there is a gap in the weather this morning, but rain on the way.

will miss you Pio, heard the lads are in the "death Zone" for the past couple of weeks. THats a little bit faster than Zone 2.

Any of you going for a cycle on Saturday. Sundays forcast is for frost and icy roads. Saturday looking a little better. Nothing mad now, its only the start of February remember.
