Hi Jim

I like to get my athletes to help each other out with race specific massage – I think it’s useful to get your training partner to wear a wetsuit during massage sessions. Nothing prepares me better for an ironman swim start than a large rubber clad man vigorously rubbing out my big muscles.

Yours in sport

Coach Don

hello coach fink don't think we've met , my name is jim (complete novice to triathlon) i just saw an interesting article in this months running times it's to do with stiffness and self massage for runners just wondered what your take on this was and would you advocate self massage or would we be better off going to see a pro when stiffness occurs
