I know people are going to great lengths to get over injuries but going to Australia would be taking it a bit far. scratch

Dear Club Members,

Just a quick note to let you know that I am now offering Kinesio Taping at the clinic. I am certified by Kinesio Taping Association International.
You may have seen the colourful tape on various international athletes. It is very important to have the tape applied CORRECTLY so that it has maximum benefit on the body.
Kinesio Taping works with 4 main functions:
Pain - Reduces pain by taking pain off the pain receptors
Lymphatic - Eliminates lymphatic fluid/haematomas beneath the skin
Joint - Adjusts mis-alignment to aid fascia and muscle function
Muscle - Reconditions abnormal tension and strengthens the muscle

If you would like more information about the tape or for an appointment, you can contact me on 0868945246.

Thank you for reading,
Owen.

Dear Waterford Tri Members,

My name is Owen Byrne. I’ve been an active member of Carrick-On-Suir Triathlon Club for the past few years, please don't hold that against me Smile
I’m writing to let you know that I’ve started up a Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic, Complete Injury Care, in Orchardstown, Waterford (just 10 mins. from Tramore and Waterford City).
I am a fully qualified Sports Therapist and hold six ITEC Diplomas. Since finishing college, I’ve worked for the past nine years in various injury clinics in Dublin and Waterford, including Physio Extra with Dr. Ethel Brady. I’ve worked with all level of athletes from Olympic and World Champion rowers to the weekend warrior. I’ve worked with athletes, pre and post surgery, including cruciate knee ligament injuries. I’ve also worked with Shamrock Rovers FC and all levels of GAA players including county hurlers and footballers.

The clinic is fully equipped with Ultrasound, Interferential, TENS, etc. I also have a Rehabilitation Gym, equipped with a cross trainer, an exercise bike, Swiss balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, kettle bells, etc.

If you would like more information or to make an appointment, you can contact me on 0868945246 or at byrnesportstherapy@gmail.com. Also, if you would like to come and look at the facilities, please feel free to just give me a ring. There will be a special rate for triathletes on production of your TI membership card.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you.

Owen.
