Long TT spin tomorrow

Yes, that was some wind yesterday, the noise of it in your ears was annoying also. Were flying home though...

Managed to do 100 miles (after 20 laps of the estate when I got home.. )

Missed your tears today Marco, yes was windy but otherwise good. Road surface not great on some of that route, big stones used, energy sapping. All miles in the legs though., Road between Enniscorthy and new ross good though, narrow in places but worth a spin.

Had Aeroheads company to keep me going. Managed 83 miles and still back before 12.00! Think Aerohead out there still doing laps of Waterford trying to finish on an even number!

Didn't see you out there today, Copperman - you were probably done and dusted by the time I got my act together to get out. That headwind had me farily close to tears a few times
But then again, it was nice on the way home....

I'm just going for the more realistic race conditions...

Consider myself hijacked, easterly wind tomorrow want it behind me on way home!

I was supposed to be in Nenagh doing the Triathlon tomorrow but pulled my calf muscle last Wed. so will now be staying at home and cycling tomorrow instead

7am is a bit early for me... I plan to go out about 8am on TT bike and head towards Kilkenny, Clonmel.... about 90 miles. Might head to Leamybrien from Clonmel...will play it by ear.

If this appeals to anyone let me know and we can meet up.

Heading Enniscorthy, wexford tomorrow about 90 miles, starting about 7 am (I know this is where most now switch off!)
Would love some company, but I don't rate my chances much! Hopefully it's the early start time and not my personality.
