Re: Cycle Saturday 19th
Very enjoyable spin today..12 of us out (Mike Bowes, Marc O'C, Mark Daly, myself, Pio, Peter Barry, Emmet K, Tom C. Stefan, Ian Kelly, Barry L & Stephen Doyle...welcome back to Barry & Stephen who made this their 1st club spin this year...)
Beautiful sunshine as we left Waterford, headed towards Lemybrien, up the Mauma, down to Dungarvan and then home...was quite foggy for the return leg home. Well done to Ian who stayed in with us till Dungarvan..we somehow lost Mike Bowes around the Mauma (we thought he had returned home as it was running late for him but it turned out he had chain problems..but got it fixed..)
We all did approx 70 miles...avg 18mph.
A nice lead up to our proposed Paddy's Day cycle for which we hope to do about 100miles (with a few picnic stops included

I might tag along weather permitting. If it's wet l'll head to Portlaw as usual and take my chances on the bike Sunday.

Cycle Saturday 19th
Anyone interested in a bike ride Saturday say 9:00 to 9:30, meet at the garage.
Thinking of 2 to 3 hrs max as its the first ride out for a while.
