Asics Run Clinic - Thurs 16th Sept

In conjunction with Alfie Hale Sports, Waterford, ASICS is holding a ASICS Running Clinic. At the ASICS Running Clinic, you, your club athletes and the public can get advise on a host of topic, ranging footwear choice to common running injuries.

Whatever your running experience, inspiration or ambition, it’s important to consider your body’s running needs as a whole.

ASICS Running Clinics offers advice on host of running topics from stretching and recovery, to tips on avoiding common marathon mistakes and increasing endurance training. It’s about total running support for the mind and body.

Run at venues across the Ireland, including the Waterford Regional Sports Centre on September 16th, from 19.00 - 20.30, ASICS Running Clinics are designed to offer a personalised service where you have the opportunity to get expert running advice first-hand.

There will be specialists available on the day, such as an ASICS Technical Representative (trained to help you find the right shoe type for your running style, through an individual assessment by means of video gait analysis and 3D Foot Mapping) and a Physio Therapist (Des O'Mara), so that you can get the answers to your running questions. The aim is to help you improve your potential and performance.
