This is a lovely race, nice and flat and very fast. Starts at the train station and finishes at the RSC sports centre.
(I think you can still enter from Alfie Hales sports shop tomorow (Thurs) for the €10 entry fee.)
Just the thing before the Easter Egg indulgence!

Entry forms to pre-register for the Alfie Hales & Adidas 4 Mile Spring Road Race on April 4th, are available and can be submitted at Alfie Hale Sports shop in the city.

Online registration is available @ €10 on Run Ireland until the Monday, 29th March 2010. €5 pre-entry for Juveniles and postal entries will also be accepted on the following form before the closing date above.
Entries after this date will be accepted on the day @ €15 for adults and €10 for juveniles.

Bonus for course record, Men 18:55 (Mark Hanrahan 2009) & Women 22:53 (Pauline Curley 2009).

Registration on the day from 9.30am until 10.30am sharp at Waterford Museum of Treasures, The Quay, Waterford.

The course starts at Waterford Train Station and ends at the Regional Sports Centre, a route map can be viewed on www.waterfordac.com. Refreshments afterwards at the RSC at approx. 12:30pm.

It is suggested that people leave their cars at the RSC and do a warm up jog to the start line. There will be a car available at the start line to put your items in to collect after the race at your own risk.

Any enquries can be made to Waterford AC, Des Colbert by email or 086-1024841 or Tom O'Brien by email or 086-3787051.
