			<description>I know there are a few of ye doing the Marathon in Dublin in a few weeks time but for those of us who have hung up our runners after our last Triathlon or relaxed after Kenmare for the past week, maybe eating a bit too much chocolate and crisps and biscuits (I'm starving the whole time!!), we need to pick another goal.
